Our postage and handling charges for local within Singapore are SGD$4.00 for a SingPost 1KG SmartPac or SGD$5.00 for a Singpost 3KG SmartPac.
All items for delivery will be subjected to these charges unless it qualifies for any of our free shipping promotions.

Personal Setup (Tuning, Grinding or other Nib Work) by Mr. Sunny Koh is only from 2:00pm weekdays. Collections before 2:00pm must be arranged the business day before by 9:00pm as we need to package the stock on hand.

Nib Custom Grinding (Italic Nibs) only after official office hours.

Let us know before you come. Strictly by Appointment only. Cash only as we don't have Nets or Credit Card Facilities. (Or PayPal/Bank Transfer us beforehand, contact us for PayPal Details/Bank Account)

Terms and Conditions

As part of our commitment toour customers, we need to update and make clear some of our terms and conditions and make some changes in-order to be fair to everyone.

  1. Products Opened or Customised are considered sold
  2. From 1st Jan 2015, unless prior arrangements are made all product reservations will be held for a period of 21 days from the date of the reservation or when the product arrives, after which the reservation is canceled.
  3. Products on reservation before 1st Jan 2015 will be held until 28th Feb 2015 after which they will be released to the public and the reservation canceled unless prior arrangements are made
  4. Prouct Reservations and orders can ony be made through the online store, the contact us form or email. We will stop accepting reservatons and orders through other channels
  5. Regular stock items can be order without deposit but special order items from the 1st of Feb 2015 would require a non-refundable deposit, contact us for more detail.
